1. Your exam attempt must have taken place during your paid subscription period with SeeWhy Learning (varies from course to course).
2. You must have ordered the correct SeeWhy Learning study tools for the course you wrote your exam for.
3. Send us a copy of the official failure notice using the money back request form below within five (5) business days of receiving your score (official transcript).

NOTE: You do not have to apply for a refund just because you fail your exam - we are here to help you pass! You have purchased study/exam preparation tools for a specified period of time (subscription). For example: if you purchased a study course from SeeWhy Learning for a 4 month subscription online access, and you write your exam 6 weeks after purchasing your SeeWhy Learning study tools and fail, you have the option to request a refund after that unsuccessful exam attempt (your access to the study tools will be terminated immediately on your request for a refund) or continue to use the study tools access for your next exam attempt - this is your choice as we do want you to be successful. If you fail again, and that is highly unlikely using our study tools, you may apply for your refund at that time. • Read the three conditions above for our guarantee. There are no exceptions to these three (3) simple conditions, so please do not request an exemption to them. SeeWhy Learning is the only provider of exam preparation study tools that offers a money back guarantee.
• When submitting your refund request your failure notice must be one of the following: a) a PDF document file format of your exam transcript issued by the exam provider; b) a scanned copy of the transcript if mailed to you; c) a screenshot (print screen) of the exam provider's transcript if only provided online. We will not accept a copied, text only, email of your transcript. All exam providers provide a transcript in one of the above methods.
• The money back guarantee only applies if you actually wrote the exam and failed. You will not receive a refund if you simply want to cancel.
• If you purchased your study tools from SeeWhy Learning through a corporate special pricing program, and are not sure if you qualify for the money back program, please contact us to clarify.
• If a subscription extension is requested and granted, usually due to personal reasons (family issues such as birth or illness, for example), the money back guarantee will not apply to the extended period after your paid subscription period expires.
• The money back guarantee does not apply if your only purchase was the online study guide.
• It also does not apply to the optional purchase of a printed version of the study guide when purchasing your course selection success package.
• VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: After you submit your request for refund you are not allowed to access your learning centre to study, even if you are still able to login, unless you have agreed to cancel your refund request so that you can continue use of the SeeWhy Learning online study tools and support for your exam re-write, complete with the money back guarantee on the re-write. Continued use without this agreement will cancel your refund request. Note that all learning centre accesses are logged with date, time, study tool accessed and duration.
• How long will it take to receive my refund? Depending on how your refund is issued, the time will vary. Please contact us if you have a question on your requested refund under this money back guarantee.
